These Terms of Service apply to your use of The Picture Day Rig website and online services operated by JM Photography LLC, doing business as The Picture Day Rig.
By using the site, submitting a form, placing an order, or purchasing a digital product, you agree to use the site honestly and only for its intended purposes.
Using The Site
- You may use the public website to learn about our services, request picture day information, look up gallery access codes when you are authorized to do so, place Picture Day Special orders, and purchase available digital products.
- You may not attempt to scrape, enumerate, guess, misuse, bypass, overload, or reverse engineer access-code lookup, admin, payment, download, or order systems.
- You are responsible for providing accurate information when you submit forms or orders. Incorrect names, email addresses, league/team selections, or order details can delay service or delivery.
Parent, Athlete, And League Information
Parent, athlete, league, team, jersey, and access-code information is used to run picture day, match families to galleries, fulfill orders, and provide support. You should submit information only for yourself, your athlete, your household, or a team/league you are authorized to represent.
Marketing opt-out and photo-consent documents may be provided through the parent or league pages. If you need to correct or delete information, contact support.
Orders And Payment
- Picture Day Special orders may support Stripe card payment or cash/pay-later order submission, depending on the form options shown at checkout.
- Photographer store purchases use Stripe Checkout for payment and are fulfilled with digital download links after successful payment confirmation.
- Prices, taxes, processing fees, active products, active leagues, and available teams are calculated or verified on the server. Client-side totals are only a preview.
- The site does not store raw card numbers or card security codes. Stripe handles card payment collection and processing.
Digital Products
Digital products sold through the photographer store are delivered electronically. Each paid order receives token-gated download links by email. Download links currently expire after 7 days.
Unless a product page says otherwise, digital products are licensed for your own studio or business workflow. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share, or package the files as standalone products.

Refunds And Support
Refunds and order corrections are handled through support. The website does not currently provide an automatic public refund portal.

Third-Party Services
The site uses third-party services for payment, hosting, database, file storage, email, and gallery/download workflows. These may include Stripe, Vercel, Resend, and external gallery or file platforms linked from the site.
Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, and support processes. We are not responsible for third-party websites once you leave our site.
Availability And Changes
- We may update the site, products, prices, forms, schedules, policies, or availability at any time.
- Digital download links, admin tools, store products, schedule images, and access-code lookup may be unavailable during maintenance, configuration issues, hosting outages, or security reviews.
- We may suspend or block requests that appear abusive, fraudulent, unauthorized, or unsafe.
Disclaimers And Limits
The website and digital products are provided as available. We work to keep information accurate, but errors, outages, pricing mistakes, schedule changes, and delivery issues can happen.
To the extent allowed by law, The Picture Day Rig is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, downloads, third-party services, or delays in service.
